One of their favorite projects was restoring a home built in 1906, in Fortuna, Ca. Most people thought the house was a lost cause and needed to be torn down. However, Curb Appeal Construction came up with a plan to not only restore the house but to also improve upon its original floor plan. Our Process
We start with a simple phone conversation about your house and your remodeling needs. Next, we set a time that works for you. We then come out and take a look at your home and potential project. In addition, we will do measurements and capture photos of the remodel work areas. During this time we offer advice on what can make your home project a success and just how we will accomplish your remodeling needs.
We put together an proposal that will be based off of the initial meeting. Some projects take several meetings and revisions of the proposal before a final fixed-cost proposal is ready to sign.
